Are you a student in Red Deer looking for a scholarship or bursary to help with your education?
The Piper Creek Optimist Club of Red Deer is pleased to introduce the Young Leader Award, aimed at recognizing and rewarding young adults in Red Deer who are engaged in their community.
The Young Leader Award will award a $1,000 bursary towards a post-secondary or furthering education program to one eligible Red Deer Student. The successful recipient is someone who is graduating in 2021, displays an aptitude for volunteering/giving back, and has a desire to be a community leader.
Applications are now being accepted for the 2021 Young Leader Award, the deadline to apply is August 31, 2021.
