Are you a student in Red Deer looking for a scholarship or bursary to help with your education?
The Piper Creek Optimist Club of Red Deer is pleased to introduce the 2022 Young Leaders Award, aimed at recognizing and rewarding young adults in Red Deer who are engaged in their community.
The 2022 Young Leaders Award will award:
- $3,000 in total bursaries toward a post-secondary or furthering education program to eligible Red Deer Students.
The successful recipient is someone who is graduating in 2022, displays an aptitude for volunteering/giving back, and has a desire to be a community leader.
Recipients must be enrolled to start no later than January 31st, 2023.
Applications are now being accepted for the 2021 Young Leader Award, the deadline to apply is August 31, 2022.
